"Be happy, Be positive" to boost your immunity. Body works normal when you are positive and happy. Being positive & happy is a state of mind & has less to do with worldly possessions. Enjoy every moment of life. It is very simple give your 100% in present. Enjoying small things in life brings happiness and helps us to stay positive.
-When you are drinking (water/ tea/coffee/ lemonade etc)/ eating...enjoy every sip/ bite...feel the taste. Do not be in a hurry to gulp.
-Nourish the child in you.....explore what gives you happiness and joy....watching birds, reading, cooking......
-Count on your positives...
-Do not pay attention to negative emotions....
-Enjoy and seize your present and live fully....
-Exercise, be happy, be positive........world is an excellent place.....enjoy your divine journey.
-Long walks, dance as if no one is seeing you boosts your happiness hormones.
